Event Highlights

Host Gyms: Ultimate Ninja Obstacle Gym – NM and Next Level Ninja. Host gyms manage the courses, judging etc.

Spectator Information

A spectator wristband will be required to access the events in the Farm Show Complex Expo Hall. The OCR Event in the New Holland Arena will be free to view

as a spectator.

All non-competitors and OCR-only athletes will need to purchase a spectator ticket to access the Farm Show Complex Expo. Age 2 and under are FREE.

UNAA Athletes will have the chance to select their wave for the UNAA World Finals. The selection will be done in Ninja Master and the athletes must be registered prior to wave selection. Access will be granted in Ninja Master according to the tiered selection process below:

June 10 at 8am CDT: Top 10 on Season 11 Area Leaderboard, Top 10 on Season 11 International Leaderboard, and Top 10 at Season 10 World Finals

June 11 at 7am CDT: WNAG Top 15 World Ranking and 1st place at WNAG local gym

June 11 at 8am CDT: Any athlete registered for both UNAA and USAN World Cup events

June 11 at 10am CDT: Open for any athlete participating in the UNAA World Finals

Ninja Master Instructions

To select your wave, follow the steps below:

1. Log into the Ninja Master account used to purchase UNAA World Final tickets.

3. When access is granted for your athlete(s) based on the above schedule, there will be a green "Choose Waves" button. Click the button and choose the desired wave. If a wave is crossed out, the athlete limit for that wave has been reached, so you will need to choose a different option. Check back often as athletes will switch waves to better fit their schedule and spots will open up.

2026 Waves

Location: Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex - 2300 N Cameron St, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Parking: $10/day for parking. All must park in the space labeled as "park here" located in the map above. All will then go through the Cameron Lobby located in the front entrance.

Athlete Check-in for the 2026 Obstacle Sports Expo events will be located in the Cameron Lobby and will be open for UNAA at the following times:
Friday: 10am - 7pm

Saturday - Wednesday: 7am - 7pm

Thursday: 7am - 3pm

Please note: UNAA swag bags will be available Saturday afternoon. If you check-in on Friday/Saturday morning, please stop by the check-in tables at any point after Saturday noon to pick up your swag bags.

UNAA Athlete Details

Please read the following reminders and details for UNAA World Finals participants:

Course videos will be sent out via email link by Tuesday, July 14th at 6am ET.
Expo doors will open at 7am each morning. Security will be checking bags so be prepared if you are bringing in a bag or purse.

Once an athlete’s run is completed, the athlete and accompanying coach/parent must exit the competition area. The number of people within the competition area is tracked by Fire Marshalls for safety reasons. We appreciate your attention and compliance to this matter.
All athletes will be allowed 1 (one) coach or parent with them on the course. Coaches are not required to be UNAA Coach certified, but must have approval of a parent or guardian for anyone 12 and under.
There will be a designated video/photo spot outside each course for a family member to video their athlete. This spot is to be used by the family of the athlete currently running the course only.
We recommend Liquid Chalk and will have it available. Dry chalk will not be provided.

Bag Policy

· One bag per person (including athletes). Bags are subject to search.

· There will be a bag check at the Expo entrance doors with wand metal detectors. Please allow time to go through security when planning your arrival time for your wave.

WNAG Team Event Details

· The team event will run after all UNAA World Finals and podiums are complete on July 16th, Thursday afternoon.

· There will be a walkthrough prior to the start of the event.

· The Team Captain or representative will need to check-in at the Athlete Check-in tables in the lobby on Thursday by 3pm ET to verify team athletes are in attendance, confirm entrance wristbands and check on run order times. The entire team does not need to check-in early, just the team captain/representative.

· The Team Run Order will be available soon. There may be slight adjustments based on conflicts with other league events. Be sure to check the run order on Wednesday, July 16th, morning to ensure no issues. Any concerns can be brought up to the Athlete check-in desk.

2026 UNAA / OCR Schedule

The preliminary UNAA and OCR schedule is below for the 2026 OSE. The full schedule for all 6 days of the event is here and will be updated once events finalize wave timings. The specific times for the OCR waves can be found here.

OCR wave timings may be adjusted based on registrations. UNAA Athletes must register for the event in Ninja Master to receive their complimentary entry ticket. Conflicts with FINA and USAN World Cup events on July 13 will not be known until the respective leagues finalize wave times and run orders. Any athlete with a conflict will be able to run in the OCR Open Wave or can reach out to UNAA OCR with questions.

Air Bag Jump

By popular demand, the air bag jump will be back at the Obstacle Sports Expo. This is a 2 story high jump onto an inflated pillow. Tickets will be available for purchase in the lobby. The air bag jump is for anyone aged 8 and up. Purchase tickets here through Paypal.

More Qualifying Opportunities & New Rules for Finals Qualifying

Area Qualifiers to Regionals - Area Qualifiers will stay the same. Top 3 or 50% of athletes will move on to Regionals.

Regionals to World Finals - There is now a bigger qualifying opportunity at Regionals. Top 5 or 30% of athletes will move on to UNAA World Finals.

UNAA World Finals Format

En las Finales Mundiales de la UNAA, todos los atletas competirán en dos rondas preliminares. La primera ronda preliminar cubrirá una parte del recorrido completo. La segunda ronda preliminar cubrirá el recorrido completo. Las puntuaciones de ambas rondas preliminares se sumarán. Athletes will run both preliminary runs within the same wave. Run order will still be randomized.

The regular season will stay the same for kids classes. The change will only happen at UNAA World Finals.

All kids athletes will complete two preliminary runs. After those runs, athletes will be placed into either the Elite Kids Class or the Amateur Kids Class for the Main Event Finals.

This gives more athletes the chance to compete in the Main Event Finals and be recognized on the podium.

Example: If an age class has 100 athletes, the Top 30 athletes from prelims move on as the Elite Kids Class. From the remaining 70 athletes, the next 21 athletes move on as the Amateur Kids Class. That means prelim leaderboard spots 1–30 would be Elite, and spots 31–51 would be Amateur.

Awards will be given to the Top 10 athletes in both the Elite Kids Class and Amateur Kids Class. The Amateur Kids Class will not receive cash prize awards.

30+ Amateur Class

We are also adding more recognition for Amateur athletes who are 30 and older. After the Top 15 or 30% of Amateur athletes qualify for the Main Event Finals, we will also make sure the Top 10 Amateur athletes who are 30+ have a spot in the Main Event.

Example: If 23 Amateur athletes qualify for the Main Event, and 3 of them are 30+, we will add the next 7 highest-ranking 30+ Amateur athletes from prelims.

Protest Procedures

Para protestar una decisión, debe pagar la tarifa de $100 y completar un formulario de protesta. Esto debe hacerse dentro de los 60 minutos posteriores a la hora de la carrera. Plan to be at your course 30 minutes before your run time. There will be a warm-up rig available within the competition area. Add to the info below - the run order will go quickly in the 2 hour wave. Although you will not be allowed to stay inside the barricades, do not leave the rig area within your 2 hour wave time. Athletes should follow along with the run order in NinjaMaster to ensure they are ready for their 2nd prelim run. Course attendants will allow athletes on the warm-up rig 5-10 runners ahead of your run depending on space. Estimate 2 minutes per runner in your wave to determine your approximate run time. It is always best to be early for your run time!

UNAA World Finals Format

Athletes will run both preliminary runs within the same wave. Run order will still be randomized.

Clases para niños de élite y aficionados

The regular season will stay the same for kids classes. The change will only happen at UNAA World Finals.

All kids athletes will complete two preliminary runs. After those runs, athletes will be placed into either the Elite Kids Class or the Amateur Kids Class for the Main Event Finals.

Elite Kids Class - The Top 15 or 30% of athletes from prelims will move on as the Elite Kids Class.

Amateur Kids Class - From the remaining athletes, the next Top 15 or 30% will move on as the Amateur Kids Class.

This gives more athletes the chance to compete in the Main Event Finals and be recognized on the podium.

Awards will be given to the Top 10 athletes in both the Elite Kids Class and Amateur Kids Class. The Amateur Kids Class will not receive cash prize awards.

30+ Amateur Class

Example: If 23 Amateur athletes qualify for the Main Event, and 3 of them are 30+, we will add the next 7 highest-ranking 30+ Amateur athletes from prelims.

Amateur Kids, Open Kids and Open Adult or 30+ do not receive payouts, but do receive Top 10 awards.
