UPDATE
**KIDS Age 7-9 and 10-13 results WILL be tallied on Thursday and Friday so they will know if they qualified or not. Any Kids coming in on Saturday from ANW Jr, must beat the last time of the Top 10 in each class and will be ADDED to the list. No kids that qualified Top 10 from Thursday or Friday will be bumped from qualifying.**

Ninja Fitness Academy -8620 Pan American Fwy- will be open for all athletes to come play and work out. Cost is FREE to UNAA Qualified athletes. $10 each for any Family and Friends.
FREE for Competitor workout times : 12pm to 3pm and 8pm-9pm Wed -Friday.
HOW THIS WORKS:
There are Two Rounds. ROUND 1 ( Prelims) and ROUND 2 ( Finals)
Athletes that have Qualified in a REGIONAL competition must Register for a TIME BLOCK and day (see details below) The competitor will show up the day of their registered time 1 HOUR prior to their Time block.
They Must check in at the door to receive their competitor Number. Then once called, they will run their PRELIM run (Round 1). Penalty will be assessed for missed run time.
Our scoring system will show the placement of each competitor. The results are not final until ALL competitors in that class have run. KIDS age 7-9 and 10-13 results will not be tallied until Saturday afternoon since some kids are running on Saturday. The TOP 10 FROM EACH CLASS, will then get to compete again in the Finals Show ( Round 2)

DAY and TIMES:
The Days for each class is assigned as noted below. PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF YOUR DAY and plan accordingly.
REGISTRATION FOR Time Blocks WILL OPEN AFTER JUNE 10- (the last State Regional) to be fair to all athletes coming in. Times are in Blocks – Athletes will choose a time block. It is first come first serve so once a block fills up, athletes must choose another time block.
THURSDAY July 19 – Pro Men , Pro Women, All Kids Age 7-9
Prelims (Round 1): 8am-12pm, 12pm- 4pm, 4pm-7pm or finish
FRIDAY July 20 –Amateur Men, Amateur Women, All Kids Age 10-13
Prelims (Round 1): 8am-12pm, 12pm- 4pm, 4pm-7pm or finish
SATURDAY July 21 Teens Boys age 14-17, Over 40
Prelims (Round 1): 8am-12pm, 12pm- 3pm
SATURDAY July 21 ANW Jr. competitors (proof required)
Prelims (Round 1): 8am-2pm
FINALS (Round 2): 3pm-7pm

PRELIMS (Round 1): Prelims will be run on a point system.
Competitors will have one reattempt for the entire course. Competitors will be awarded one point for every obstacle completed successfully while the clock continuously runs for the duration of their run. They have the choice of using their reattempt on any obstacle failed during the run. Should they fail an obstacle they are permitted to advance to the next obstacle. Once they advance past an obstacle they can no longer go back and reattempt it. Each obstacle is worth 1 point. Top score is whoever achieves the most points, paired with the fastest time.

FINALS (Round 2):
Finals will be run with 1 reattempt for the entire course. Time will be recorded after each obstacle is completed. Fastest and furthest wins.
Concessions will be available at gym.
